For example, think of a time when you were unwell. Thoughts going through your mind may have been something like 鈥淚 feel terrible鈥? 鈥淚 hate being sick鈥?or 鈥淚 don鈥檛 want to be sick anymore鈥?etc. As you can see from these statements, although the thoughts appear to be positive by stating that you don鈥檛 want to be sick anymore, the focus is actually on being sick. The law of attraction reacts to what our focus is on, and in this case, the focus is on sickness and not on health.
2. Write in today's date and then your daily to do list. (I use a separate planner from plannerpad.com for my daily to do list.)
So, if you can just recognize all the goodness within you, and celebrate the gift that you are to this world, it's easy to live an authentic life. It's a lesson I learned by changing some core beliefs about myself. You can do it too!
